Plain-language summary ZoyaSafe is a subscription app for parents who want a safe, walled-garden video experience for their children. By using the app you agree to these terms. Key points: subscriptions are billed through Google Play or the App Store, you get a 30-day free trial, content is curated but we don't control YouTube's own platform, and Indian law governs this agreement.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using ZoyaSafe (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

These Terms apply to the parent or guardian who installs and manages the App (the "User"). The App is not intended to be agreed to by children; a parent or guardian must accept these Terms on behalf of the household.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance. We will notify subscribers of material changes where reasonably practicable.

2. The Service

ZoyaSafe is a mobile application that provides a curated, walled-garden video-viewing experience for children. The App allows parents and guardians to:

The App sources video content using the YouTube Data API v3 and plays videos via YouTube's privacy-enhanced embed. The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google.

3. Eligibility and Account Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase a subscription and manage the App. ZoyaSafe does not permit children to create accounts or agree to these Terms independently.

No Google or YouTube account is required to use the child-facing features of the App. A Google Play or Apple ID account is required for subscription purchase only.

4. Subscription, Billing, and Free Trial

ZoyaSafe operates on a freemium subscription model:

All billing is handled entirely by Google Play (Android) or the App Store (iOS). ZoyaSafe does not store your payment details. Billing and payment disputes are governed by the respective platform's terms of service.

Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. To cancel on Android: open the Google Play Store → Subscriptions → ZoyaSafe → Cancel. To cancel on iOS: open Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → ZoyaSafe → Cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice before it affects your next renewal.

5. Content and YouTube API

ZoyaSafe uses the YouTube Data API v3 to fetch channel and video information. Our use of this service is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.

Videos are played through YouTube's embedded player. ZoyaSafe does not host, upload, or store video content. All video content remains the property of its respective creators.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure channels in our community library are appropriate for children. However:

8. Intellectual Property

ZoyaSafe, its logo, design system, and all original written and visual content within the App and on this website are the intellectual property of ZoyaSafe's creator. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from these materials without written permission.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. ZoyaSafe does not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that all content surfaced from YouTube will be appropriate for every age group.
